Latvia Out of World Cup

The Ladies World Cup has had its number of participating countries decreased by one with the Latvia Team pulling out from competition here at World Cup XV. Latvia were sending a ladies team and had their nominations in early, but unfortunately they will not be making the trip to Perth.
